This community garden ministry is the work of the hand of God and those who have been led to give their time and resources. Existing since 2021 to provide healthy food to Brunswick County. All crops grown and harvested are donated to those in need.

o our neighbors in neOur church supports The Lords Food Pantry, a mission of the South Brunswick Interchurch Council (SBIC) in Brunswick County, North Carolina. We join others as servants of Jesus to help pack and distribute food to those in our local community.

Just One Ministry
Just One is a ministry founded in 2019 under New Beginnings Community Church. We saw the need for more foster parents in Brunswick County and decided to support those stepping into this space through fostering, kinship care, and parents seeking reunification. By supporting these families, we can give hope for a better future for the child in crisis. More information on this ministry can be found at justonenc.org.

Grief Share Ministry
A GriefShare support group meets at New Beginnings every Tuesday night at 6:00PM. This group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. You will discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
Romans 12:15 encourages believers to "Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn," highlighting the role of the community in sharing and alleviating individual grief.
A Second Helping
A Second Helping – 3G Sunset Beach is a unique organization providing the community the opportunity to assist in the donation of food items, toiletries, paper products and cleaning supplies, for the purpose of distribution to those less fortunate. Our church supports this ministry by providing products needed to help those in need.
