New Beginnings Community Church began its journey in 2002, sensing the movement of God to start something new. God placed His call on a special group of believers to plant a church that would be a place for those not yet in the family of God and to reach those in their community who had not yet heard of the grace of a loving God.
The first meeting place for New Beginnings Community Church was Shallotte Middle School. When the church outgrew this space, we moved to West Brunswick High School. During our time at West Brunswick High School, God provided land for a future building. In 2006, the building process started. In April 2007, we moved into our current facility. Since then, we have added a 3,000 square foot modular building to provide for more classroom and meeting space. In December 2022, we paid off the remaining mortgage on our property. As we begin looking towards what comes next, we praise God for His faithfulness to His Church.
