Outreach Ministries

We believe in the power of community. We have several ministries of our church, and several other local ministries that we partner with to meet the needs around us. Find out how you can serve alongside us!

The Lord’s Miracle Acre

On an acre of land, volunteers farm produce to supply The Lord’s Food Pantry, senior centers, and other local needs. With over tens of thousands of produce to be planted, cultivated, and harvested each year, we can always use volunteers! The Lord’s Miracle Acre is worked every weekday morning, and the biggest group of volunteers gathers on Saturday mornings. Come join us on land that is truly full of miracles from the Lord!

Just One Foster Care Ministry

The foster care support ministry of the church supports those who foster while raising more people to care for the vulnerable in our community. We do this by participating in an annual Nationwide Awareness event, a specialized meal ministry, the nationwide organization, CarePortal, and transition bags for children entering foster care for the first time. Finally, we hold fundraisers throughout the year to support these efforts and are always seeking volunteers to serve as well as families seeking to foster and adopt!

The Lord’s Food Pantry

We love participating in the South Brunswick InterChurch Council! The Lord’s Food Pantry serves families in need on a weekly basis in our community. We support them by sending volunteers quarterly to help with packing and distribution of food boxes. We also contribute financially to their ministry work. We’d love to have you serve alongside us!

Grief Share Group

We believe that community is essential. In our Grief Share groups, we meet together to process grief. It is an ongoing experience that changes over time, and we work through that with people who understand. Join us on a Tuesday evenings.

Church Building

We rely on volunteers to take care of our church buildings and grounds. We have annual workdays that require a lot of hands to get things done. We also need volunteers for routine maintenance projects, and skilled volunteers for specific projects. We are blessed with construction experts, electricians, and other professionals in our congregation that contribute greatly to our stewardship of our resources.
